Finding the Writer Within​

Finding the Writer Within invites writers of all levels and interests to explore different writing genres in a supportive writing community. The participants will write and read their work throughout the class. The workshop will be playful and productive. 
This class is highly regarded and recommended for writers and non-writers alike.

​Materials List:
Students choose a journal or paper and a pen or pencil to use throughout class. Home assignments can be typed on a computer, printed and brought to class. A companion book called Finding the Writer Within will be available for purchase.

Linda Maria Steele​ is a published writer and skilled writing teacher. She has taught English Composition and Literature as a College Adjunct for many years. She is a long-standing member of Chatham Writers, as well as the author of Meet Me in My Cape Cod Kitchen and Tending the Marsh.
Registration/Refund/Cancellation Policy:
1. Registration required prior to class/workshop.
2. Students must pay in full for class/workshop at the time of registration online or by mail at:

3. There will be NO REFUNDS for classes/workshops unless the class is cancelled due to inclement weather, under-enrollment or teacher’s cancellation.
4. Class fees will not be prorated because of missed classes.
5. If schools are closed, classes are held unless you are notified.
6. If a student cancels at least 5 days before a class/workshop begins, and we are able to fill your space, a refund will be issued.
