SAA SCholarship Fund

The SAA Scholarship will be awarded to a deserving high school senior who is full time resident of Sandwich with a goal of pursuing a secondary education and majoring in one of the “Arts”, (The Sandwich Arts Alliance is an “Umbrella” organization encompassing Visual Arts, Performing Arts and Literary Arts.)

The award is $500 and the recipient will be selected by a three-person panel (a High School teacher and 2 SAA members who will serve for 3 years on a revolving basis.)

The Application will consist of the following.
  • Student Name, address, phone numbers, email, etc.
  • Parents Name (s), phone numbers, email, etc.
  • 2 referrals (art teacher and one other)
  • Completed Application

The Application will be evaluated on the following:
  • An Essay (50 points),
  • Community Leadership (20 points),
  • Other Scholarship Related Information (15 points), and
  • Academic Accomplishments
Donations to the SAA Scholarship Fund gratefully accepted.
