On August 12th from 1-3 we will be sharing our parking lot and our gallery with the Cape Cod British Car Club for something we like to call “Art ‘n Vroom”. The classic British cars will be cruising around Sandwich on the Adirondack Chair Trail Scavenger Hunt from mid-morning and arriving at the SAA Center around 1pm. Here are a few excerpts from Tony Caputo, CCBCC VP and event coordinator, from his report of last year’s event

“Drivers and navigators braved the heat and Cape Cod traffic to find each chair, take its picture, and complete two challenge quizzes.”
“Members, returning from the chair trial and assembled for an LBC car show at the Sandwich Arts Alliance that drew the attention of many Cape Cod Visitors.”
“In addition to members LBC’s a beautify restored Citroen CV was also on display. Not to be outdone Dr. Hurley’s 1954 Land Rover Series 1, Fire truck stole everyone’s attention. This beautifully restored truck was imported from Palmerston, New Zealand.”
