The latest Literary Group Series event presented by the Sandwich Arts Alliance features award-winning author Terri Arthur, a Falmouth resident, who will discuss her first book, Fatal Decision on Saturday, February 15th.
Terri Arthur, RN, BS, MS is the author of the historical novel, Fatal Destiny: Edith Cavell WWI Nurse. She wrote the book to "bring her story back for today". Being the only nurse to have written a book on Miss Cavell, Arthur felt she could offer a fresh view of Miss Cavell. She is known in the UK as “The American Cavellite.” She has lectured on Edith Cavell to historical societies, colleges, nursing groups, literary groups, and nursing associations. She has been interviewed on public radio and TV. The book web sites rate her book with 5 stars. In addition to working as a critical care nurse, she holds a BS in Education and Biology, and an MSM in Health Business Management. She lives in East Falmouth, Massachusetts,
