ABOUT GERALDINE MILLS

Geraldine Mills is the distinguished author of five collections of poetry, three collections of short stories and a children’s novel for middle-grade readers. She has been awarded many prizes and bursaries for her poetry and fiction, including the Hennessy/Tribune New Irish Writer Award, three Arts Council Bursaries and a Patrick and Katherine Kavanagh Fellowship. She collaborated with American poet Lisa C. Taylor on The Other Side of Longing which was chosen as the Gerson Reading at the University of Connecticut, 2011. ABOUT JACQUELINE MURRAY LORING

Jacqueline Murray Loring is a playwright, screenwriter, and poet. She was the 2012 winner of the Doire Press Irish International Poetry Prize for her collection The History of Bearing Children. She is the editor/writer of KiMo Theatre: Fact & Folklore, which was published in 2019 by SouthWest Writers. In June 2019, Vietnam Veterans Unbroken: Conversations on Trauma and Resiliency was published by McFarland & Co. In 2020 as a member of the New Mexico Arts Imaginative Collective, Loring served as the Poetry Curator for "Sense of Wonder Experience" that premiered both the Art and Music Reveals in December 2020.
